There is a very interesting quarry in Vedehoek, named by geocacher CISM as Vredehoek se gat.
Chickenman and I hold up the tunnel - the inscription above says "Caution: Tunnel can collapse at any time".

Steve and I come back a few days later for some mining just away from the quarry, but Steve is determined to make it to the jumping record books, and really gets down low to allow for maximum take off velocity and height!

wow, nothing in the world would get me into that mine - that entrance looks terrifyingly small! You certainly did a lot of cool things in Cape Town. Great leaps by the way, that Steve is a leaping champion.
