At the start of May I went on a long weekend hiking trip to Dartmoor, in Devon, with the hiking club I went to the Lake District. The weather was all set to be miserable and raining, but in the end we were pretty lucky, except for a pretty freezing wind on the first day.

Dartmoor is known for being pretty barren and bleak, which is why they have built the famous Dartmoor prison there, to make the prisoners suffer.
Its also where The Hound of the Baskervilles was set.
