Zakopane

One of the highlights of any trip to Zakopane has to be their wonderful 7D cinema. We went on a thrilling ride through the mummies tomb on moving seats, which would massage your butt, and when you went through a nest of spiders, little blasts of air would hit your legs and you could feel them crawling up. And when the giant spider sprayed venom at you, you got a blast of water on your neck, along with other wind effects etc - great fun!

Out for a traditional Polish meal for my birthday - I had crispy potato pancake with Gulash - yum! Sounds like a Swiss-Hungarian dish, but there you have it! Me, Shak and Oli.

 Marie and Aga

-----------------------
The day after the hike, we took a cable car up another mountain, but don't have many pictures, due to all the rain and mist - we enjoyed it anyway!

Marie's hands tend to get pretty purple in the cold! And Oli shows of his rock climbing scars on his knuckles - too many hand jams!

check out my cool new shoes!
