Krakow

We spent 1 night in Krakow, which is a really beautiful old city, which has the largest medival square in Europe - although it doesn't seem that huge, as there is a building holding the cloth market in the middle of the square.
Sadly, most of my photos of Krakow are pretty shite - can't win em all I guess.

The old knife on display that they used to chop the ear of first time thiefs. Second offence was death - Krakow was really rich back in the day thanks to their salt mines, so they were pretty strict in discouraging thieves from entering the city.

I've got to get me one of these chairs!!

In the old castle grounds - that golden dome sure shone brightly in the sun!

spotted hanging around town

Plenty of fancy horse carriages taking tourists around the town.
