Oia

The village of Oia (or Ia) is located on the Northern tip of Santorini, and is charming indeed!

View looking back to Fira in the distance.

Alison has been wanting to go to greece for many many years, and this postcard shot was the main spot she has been wanting to see all this time. So we ran around with a postcard of it asking where this place is, and when we finally found it, it was an emotional moment indeed.
Except someone went and put a cat in the way!

This looks like a scene from Zorba the Greek.
Speaking of Zorba the Greek, do listen to this lovely tune.
Oia is the place to go to watch the sunset, so watch it we did!

Although Greece is generally cheap, the bastards here know that position position position is key, so we had to pay through the nose for a sundownery milkshake, even by London standards!

Don't drink that all in one go Alison!

Watching the sunset.
