Alea Apartments

The reason Ian and I went to Greece was to go stay at Alea Apartments. What could better that relaxing on Greek beaches, eating delicious food at cheap restaurants, and then relaxing in the evenings with one of their 500 strong board game collection!
Alea is run by 2 brothers, Simon the teacher, and Dimitros the doctor, and when they were not busy with their other jobs, they would join us for some games in theor courtyard.

Half of their collection

We had many delicious breakfasts on our balcony - the majority of which consisted of tomato, olives and feta, along with some caramel coffee - yum!

Simos and Dimitri's mom would always offer us some Greek or iced coffee and homemade biscuits each day.  She also loves to paint rocks which adorn the apartment, some of which are of popular board games. Above we have Merchants and Marauders, below Agricola followed by 7 Wonders.
