Amsterdam scenery

Here are perhaps too many photos of buildings in Amsterdam. I am not overly delighted with them by hey, you can't win 'em all.

 Central station

 funky small shutters

The famous (but not all that spectacular 7 bridges) - I can only see 4.

Perhaps the worlds thinnest house, only 1m wide. Tax in Amstedam was based on the width of the front on house, which is why they are all thin and tall.

Ahh, modern Amsterdam - I think this is the Opera House.

This design based on a boat has a sloping cafe on the roof.

 Some wonky buildings

 Dam Square

Cool leaning buolding where we had some drinks and bitte balle - was the lock keepers house, now a pub

See how this building is leaning away from its neighbour

I spent lots of time in Amsterdam on business. Ally came too on a few. This makes me nostalgic for those times.
