Picnic at Hanging Rock

Next day we took a ride up north (was it North?) to some quirky little towns and to not actually have a picnic at hanging rock, where the famous movie from way back was set. The area was pretty chilly, as it was quite high up - brrrr!

The beetles here love to eat pretty patterns into the wood.

Lovely views over the green fields from up top of the rock. (The actual hanging rock itself was a bit further down, but not too spectacular itself, but the srea was lovely)

Boet lurks amongst the rocks.

We also went to check our one of Boets potential wedding venues. This was the lake, after which the Lake House is named after.

Woahhh, freaky dog alert!!

Ah, everyone loves a pig mowing the roof!

That evening we went our to a delicious Thai restaurant with Boet's friends Jonathan and Amy, and it was a great night out! Seems this is the only photo I took, but look at those tasty prawns on sticks!
